Day 1 – New Jalpaiguri / New Mal Junction to Lataguri

Greeting you at New Jalpaiguri / New Mal Junction Station we will take you to Lataguri, the Gateway of Dooars. After a sumptuous lunch we will pay a visit to the Medla Forest for a Safari to Garumara (own cost). Our day will sum up with a delicious snacks and Dinner at Lataguri Resort.

Day 2 – A day in Lataguri

After pleasing our taste buds on the Breakfast table, we will set out for a day long trip of Lataguri commencing with a visit to the Riverside of Murti River. After spending our time on the Riverside we will continue our journey to the places in the vicinity which includes Jhalong, Bindu, Laliguras, Samsing, Suntalikhola and Rocky Island. After a hectic day out we will spend the evening in leisure and overnight stay at the Lataguri Resort.

Day 3 – Lataguri to Jaldapara

With the enthusiasm to seek the hidden treasures of nature, we will check out from Lataguri after breakfast and proceed towards South Khairbari. An Eco Park, on the banks of river Torsha, South Khairbari is predominantly known for being the home for rescued Wild Animal like Royal Bengal Tigers and Leopards. Enjoying the company of wildlife amidst their natural habitat we will move forward to the Resort at Jaldapara. Here, in the evening you can enjoy the Jungle Safari (own Cost) and stay back at the Jaldapara Resort to imbibe the serenity of Forest.

Day 4 – Exploring Jaldapara, Buxa and Jayanti

With the eyes firmly set to traverse Jaldapara and its vicinity, post breakfast we will pay a visit to Buxa Tiger Reserve Forest and Buxa Fort. You can witness the exotic birds like Black stork, large whistling teal, and minivet along with Asian Elephants, regal Python and Chinese Pangolin in marshy land of Buxa Tiger Reserve forest. After paying a visit to the Buxa fort and rekindling the reminiscence of our past we will set our foot on Jayanti, the ‘Queen of Dooars’. At Jayanti, a quaint village you will enjoy the astounding view and tranquil ambiance on the banks of River Jayanti. After a fulfilling day long journey it is a certainty that you will love to spend the evening in leisure followed with a warm dinner and stay at Jaldapara Resort.

Day 5 – Visit to Cooch Behar and biding a farewell

Starting the day with a refreshing breakfast we will check out from Jaldapara Resort and continue our onward journey to Cooch Behar Rajbari and Madan Mohan Temple. Noted for its elegance and grandeur, Cooch Behar Rajbari is a true testimony of our glorious past where you can turn the pages of our history. After Cooch Behar Rajbari we will visit the famous Madan Mohan Temple situated in the heart of Cooch Behar Town. A large white colored structure and known for mass gathering during Rush Festival, Madan Mohan Temple is dedicated to Lord Madan Mohan. Herein we bid adieu to Dooars with a firm commitment to come back again to explore the other corners of our Majestic Bengal and proceed to New Aliporeduar / New Cooch Behar Station for the final sign off.
